Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance, cost accounting preferred in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERPLX, Peoplesoft or SAP.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Experience using AI tools and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support department operating budget and forecasts; align with business objectives.
• Prepare and maintain standard cost structures for labor, overhead, and materials.
• Oversee inventory accounting: reconciliations, cycle counts, valuations.
• Ensure SOX compliance through controls documentation and testing.
• Perform month-end close: journal entries, variance analysis, reconciliations.
• Manage capital expenditure processes: budgeting, forecasting, spend reporting.
• Deliver financial, operational, and KPI reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities; prepare schedules.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance reporting and automate analyses.
• Partner across functions to drive cost reduction and efficiencies across supply chain and distribution functions.
• Support special projects and ad hoc analyses.
