Job summary

Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is seeking an Analyst I, Inventory Control in Germantown, WI. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years in inventory or cycle counting within a warehouse/manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or statistics preferred.
• 3+ years in a warehouse/manufacturing inventory or cycle counting.
• Experience implementing inventory processes and conducting audits.
• Knowledge of VBA, Excel and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory KPIs and coordinate actions to keep them within limits.
• Maintain master data and monitor data integrity in ERP/MRP and INFOR Syteline.
• Develop inventory control procedures and audit operations for compliance.
• Support inventory movement, slotting, and damage-case processes.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in materials meetings.
