Job summary

Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, seeks an Inventory & Receiving Associate to support lean warehousing in Germantown, WI.

You will audit inbound receipts, oversee damage cases, manage inventory adjustments in the ERP, and lead the Receiving Department to ensure accurate, timely handling.

Regular on-site attendance and safety compliance are required, with benefits including a comprehensive package and 401k participation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Data entry and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with manufacturing or production operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the facility 6S program by performing audits and slotting products.
• Research misplaced/missing inventory and support management in resolution activities.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and maintain detailed ERP records.
• Contribute to lean processes and problem solving through standard work and training.
• Audit warehouse activities including inbound receipts and put-away.
