Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst for our Aurora, CO distribution center. The role drives inventory accuracy through root cause analysis, guides daily cycle counting, and delivers data-backed solutions.

You will partner with DC leadership to translate findings into actionable improvements while owning a temp zone and mentoring others. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in inventory control, strong data skills (Excel/Power BI/SQL), and experience with recall and donation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in inventory control or related analytical role.
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and data analysis.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with WMS; NTS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own root cause analysis on large-value inventory adjustments.
• Manage Recall, DAP, UDR, VFR, Salvage, and Donations protocols.
• Translate quantitative findings into actionable leadership narratives.
• Maintain ownership of the assigned temp zone within the DC.
• Lead cross-functional IC projects from definition to implementation.
