Job summary

KeHE Distributors seeks a Sr. Regional Inventory Manager to lead inventory control strategy across regional DCs. You will own KPI health, drive process improvements, and coordinate with DC operations and corporate leadership.

This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on DC floor presence. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in IC leadership, strong Power BI and WMS skills, and a proven history of developing IC leaders while delivering measurable inventory

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive inventory control leadership in a high-volume, multi-DC distribution environment.
• Proven track record of building and implementing IC strategy at scale, including SOP development and process improvement.
• Prior people management experience with ability to develop IC leaders.
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across organizational levels; executive presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent data visualization tools; deep WMS proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily review of DC-wide inventory health across KPI/KPA indicators; identify trends and risks.
• Review large adjustments (> $1,000 daily) and ensure RCA quality and action.
• Monitor regional UDR, VFR, Donation, Salvage, and Liquidation pipelines; drive resolution.
• Deliver monthly inventory health recaps to Director of Inventory Management with trend analysis.
• Lead development and continuous improvement of IC processes and SOPs across the DC.
• Drive enterprise IC initiatives from scoping to implementation; report progress to executives.
