Job summary

Martin-Baker America, a premier provider of crashworthy and ejection seat systems, is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst in Johnstown, PA. On-site, full-time position with health benefits, PTO, and flexible work schedules.

Responsibilities include leading inventory cycle counts, reconciling ERP data with physical stock, investigating variances, and collaborating with Quality and Purchasing on receipts, scrap, and returns. Travel may be occasional as needed.

Qualifications

Job Purpose:

Analyze inventory levels which will ensure product availability and identity. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the MRP system. Requires identifying physical inventory and production data input errors and using effective and efficient techniques to correct. Must have experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals to perform a variety of tasks. Works under limited supervision with a certain degree of creativity and latitude required.

Overview:

We're seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to support our inventory cycle count program, resolve material discrepancies, and ensure accurate ERP system reporting. This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to troubleshoot inventory issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain inventory cycle count processes and documentation.

Requirements:

• High degree of accuracy, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Occasional travel may occur; potential overseas travel.
• Must adhere to all company policies and safety requirements.
