Job summary

Condux-International, Inc. in Minnesota seeks a Material Handler to support manufacturing and warehouse operations by receiving, storing, transporting, and issuing materials for production and customer orders.

You will ensure accurate order fulfillment, proper inventory handling, and timely material delivery in a safe, organized environment. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing 8–10 hours, and operating hand jacks, pallet trucks, and cranes with proper training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently with team assistance.
• Stand and perform physical work 8–10 hours daily, up to 5 days a week.
• Operate hand jacks, pallet trucks, cranes, hoists with training.
• Basic arithmetic and problem-solving skills; basic computer literacy.
• English communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Accommodation allowed for qualified individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Print and maintain daily pick lists and inventory records.
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials and finished goods.
• Pick, issue, and stage materials for production orders and customer shipments.
• Transport materials to designated production areas on time.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and audits.
• Follow processes to ensure accuracy, traceability, and efficiency of material flow.
• Communicate with production, planning, logistics, and warehouse staff.
• Operate material handling equipment per training and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
