Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a hands-on Repair Inventory Analyst to manage repair materials and oversee daily reporting across our global sites. You will monitor stock, address discrepancies, and lead lean material activities to improve supply reliability.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in a similar role, strong communication, and a proactive approach to material planning, replenishment, and reporting. Join a team focused on operational excellence and vendor clarity.

• Hands-on and results-driven with ownership of manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Daily repair part supermarket material replenishment.
• Generates daily MFG Build vs Into repair report.
• Update OOS /Part Issue log.
• Daily resolution on repair material discrepancies.
• Analyzes out of stock parts for inventory availability and alternative materials.
• Leads OOS part donor projects.
• Evaluates material needs for RMA SVP2 (30/month).
• Assists leads with part identification and workorder questions.
• RDS cleanup projects upon request.
• Generates special material reports for MGT when requested.
• Back up on daily RDS WIP reports.
• Back up on MFG daily repair summary report.
• Lead team(s) on material lean activities.

Salary: $53,800K - $61,800K
