Job summary

Range USA in Cincinnati is seeking an Operations Specialist to support store performance through inventory management, pricing accuracy, and compliance with federal, state, and local firearm regulations. You will maintain backroom organization and assist with receiving, stock control, and order fulfillment.

You will partner with store leadership to drive operational excellence, maintain visual standards, and ensure timely processing of e-commerce orders and layaways while providing excellent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of retail, inventory, or operations experience (specialty retail preferred).
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and POS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual and merchandising standards across the sales floor.
• Receive and process all incoming inventory, including firearms and e-commerce orders.
• Conduct cycle counts, audits, and adjustments to ensure system accuracy.
• Support compliance with ATF, OSHA, and internal safety policies and procedures.
• Manage e-commerce orders and layaways, ensuring timely processing and customer communication.
• Support store operations to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment.
