Job summary

Range USA is hiring an Operations Specialist in Lenexa, KS to support store performance through inventory management, compliance checks, and smooth backroom operations. You will handle receiving, pricing, audits, and order fulfillment while ensuring adherence to ATF and safety policies.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in retail/inventory/operations, strong detail orientation, and proficiency with POS systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2+ years of retail, inventory, or operations experience (specialty retail preferred).
• Working knowledge of inventory systems and POS platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and pricing accuracy.
• Conduct inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits.
• Receive and process inventory, including firearms, transfers, and e-commerce orders.
• Ensure compliance with ATF, OSHA, and internal policies; assist with audits.
• Manage e-commerce orders and layaways; support firearm service programs.
• Coordinate supplies and monitoring of stock levels to ensure a safe store.
• Support backroom organization and accurate documentation.
