Job summary

RBW Logistics seeks a Customer Success Lead at the Augusta campus to govern inventory control, cycle counts, yard coordination, and related processes. This operational role delivers compliant, well-governed site performance and reports to the Site Operations Manager.

You will partner with Inventory Control, the CS Site Lead, and Augusta operations leadership to drive scorecard accuracy, continuous improvement, and reliable customer service across RBW’s KC accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience building/enforcing operational compliance standards.
• Proficiency with a warehouse management system and reporting.
• Strong Excel/data-tracking and scorecard production.

Responsibilities

• Own ICC governance and structure across Augusta Campus.
• Lead weekly Book-to-Book reconciliation with root-cause analysis.
• Manage daily cycle counts and maintain accuracy against thresholds.
• Ensure damage management documentation and trend reviews.
• Own KC scorecard governance and daily management routines.
• Coordinate yard management with RBW operations and trucking teams.
