Job summary

Cavender Auto Group in San Antonio is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate vehicle records, verify deliveries, and record stock numbers to support dealership operations with precision and integrity.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive dealership office/DMV/title processing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps accurate records of vehicle inventory and records delivered vehicles.
• Reconcile inventory schedules and analyze inventory, cost and profit.
• Organize and file MCOs and titles.
• Post vehicle purchases and issue payoff checks.
• Communicate with the sales department for missing paperwork.
