Cavender Auto Family is seeking an Accounting Clerk in Oklahoma City to join our team. This entry‑level role offers training and growth opportunity in accounting and administration within a supportive, values‑driven environment.

You will handle data entry, AR processes, invoicing, and month-end support while maintaining organized records and helping teammates with daily tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Accounts receivable processing and follow-up.

• Recording deposits and payments.
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintaining accounting files and records.
• Assisting with month-end accounting tasks.
• Responding to internal and external inquiries.
• Supporting various accounting and administrative functions as needed.

What You'll Do

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
