Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, office, banking, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Accounts receivable processing and follow-up.
• Billing and invoice processing.
• Account reconciliations.
• Recording deposits and payments.
• Reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintaining accounting files and records.
