Job summary

1915 South is seeking an Inventory Auditor to maintain accurate inventory across our distribution centers and stores in the Southeast. You will perform daily cycle counts, research discrepancies, and reconcile physical inventory with the system of record to support on-time delivery and reliable financial reporting.

You will collaborate with DC and store leadership, travel to local stores as needed, and help prevent recurring inventory issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in inventory, warehouse, or DC experience preferred.
• Experience with handheld scanners, RF devices, and inventory/WMS.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Solid math, research and reconciliation skills; comfortable with spreadsheets and inventory reports.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with DC/store teams and leadership.
• Valid driver's license required for travel to local stores.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cycle counts using the scanner program and ensure 100% completion of the cycle count cadence.
• Research inventory discrepancies identified through counts, reports, and alerts; verify root cause.
• Reconcile exceptions to ensure system matches physical inventory; document rationale for corrections.
• Locate misplaced merchandise and update location data in the system.
• Identify inventory issues and escalate complex or systemic problems with recommended next steps.
• Travel to local stores to support physical inventory, cycle counts, and reconciliations as needed.
• Collaborate with DC operations, Receiving, Shipping, Order Management, and store teams to investigate and prevent recurrence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Inventory Manager or DC Manager.
