Job summary

Covenant Logistics is seeking an Auditor to ensure auditing and inventory processes are completed accurately in a warehouse environment. The role supports outbound order validation, dock scheduling, and documentation control while leveraging SAP and WMS systems.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in warehouse/inventory roles, with strong Excel/Office skills and attention to detail. A relevant degree and forklift or leadership experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years’ experience in Warehouse Office setting.
• 2-5 years’ in Inventory Control or Quality Assurance.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Leadership experience a plus.
• WMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Audit outbound orders for compliance with customer specifications.
• Maintain dock schedule and distribute paperwork efficiently.
• Complete necessary paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist Operators with discrepancies and system issues.
• Assist with Inventory Control, Inventory Hold processes, and related inventory tasks.
• Maintain auditing spreadsheets and reporting.
• Allocate product for outbound orders using SAP.
• Conduct facility audits for AIB compliance as directed.
• Process damages.
