Job summary

Arnoff Moving and Storage in Malta, NY is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator / Auditor to manage and audit the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring accurate billing, inventory integrity, and SLA adherence. You will align contracts, monitor KPIs, and act as a liaison across warehouse, operations, Sales, and Finance.

The role requires reviewing contracts, developing SOPs, and supporting audits for multiple customers. Strong attention to detail and experience with WMS platforms are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or logistics operations with WMS knowledge.
• Experience with billing audits, inventory control, KPIs, and SLA compliance.
• Proficiency with WMS platforms; Extensiv, Windfall, and/or Moversuite preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• WMS Management - Assist to maintain and audit WMS for new and existing customers; configure profiles, billing rules, SKUs, and workflows.
• Customer Billing Audits - Audit customer billing for accuracy and contract compliance; review charges and coordinate with Finance.
• Inventory Auditing & Cycle Counts - Oversee cycle counting; review variance reports and ensure accurate WMS adjustments.
• Warehouse Metrics & SLA Tracking - Track KPIs, monitor SLAs, and prepare performance reports.
• Contract Review & Internal Collaboration - Review contracts for consistency with WMS configuration and billing; assist templates.
• SOP Development - Create and maintain SOPs related to processes and compliance.
• Customer Interaction - Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding inventory, billing, and audits.
• Other duties as directed by management
