Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Reconcile physical inventory with WMS/ERP systems and records.
• Investigate discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged goods and identify root causes.
• Monitor inventory transactions for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to identify issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, procurement, and finance to resolve inventory problems.
• Support year-end inventory counts and maintain audit documentation.
• Develop process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
