Job summary

Victor Technologies in Denton, Texas is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to maintain inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation of physical stock and system records. You will investigate variances, monitor locations, and perform adjustments in SAP or other WMS, while supporting receiving, put-away and transfers.

Qualifications

Fluent in English (read, write, speak).
High school degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation of physical inventory and system records.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances, root causes and transaction discrepancies.
Monitor and maintain inventory locations to ensure proper storage, identification and traceability.
Execute inventory adjustments in SAP or other WMS following procedures and approvals.
Support receiving, put-away, replenishment and transfers to ensure material availability.
Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Assist with annual physical inventory counts and audits.

Skills

Prior inventory control experience

Heavy order fulfillment experience
