Job summary

CarMax is seeking an Auction Services Associate in Columbia, SC to maintain vehicle zones, prep and process inventory, and support auction operations. You will track inventory, capture photos, secure keys, and ensure readiness for sale or auction, while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities include coordinating with multiple departments, training new associates, and adhering to safety standards.

• Assist with preparation, coordination, and execution of auction activities.
• Contribute to new associate training and safety standards.
• Complete daily inventory scanning and reconciliation for real-time visibility.
• Follow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety requirements.
