Job summary

KI in Green Bay is seeking an Inventory Assistant to join our manufacturing team. The role supports fabric intake, order pulling, and readiness for shipping, with daily use of Excel for tracking.

The shift runs 7:30am–4:00pm; candidates should be detail-oriented, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reading skills.
• Keyboarding skills.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders and sort according to shipping requirements.
• Pull proper fabric to fulfill orders.
• Cut fabric to size, bag it and send to shipping.
• Inspect incoming fabric rolls ensuring flaws are marked and yardage is correct.
• Place fabric rolls on racks sorted by location range.
• Take appropriate fabric rolls from racks to the FedEx machine.
• Fill fabric sample requests for customers and sales reps.
• Track daily and monthly samples via Excel spreadsheet program.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Reading skills
• Keyboarding skills

• Ability to train on any shift

Physical Requirements

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow
