Job summary

Gellert Global Group seeks a highly analytical Logistics Analyst for its 3rd Party Warehouse team. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, reconciliation, issue investigation, and root-cause problem solving with close collaboration with warehouses, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Support.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in logistics, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Relocation to Madison, NJ is anticipated in 2027; salary range $70,000–$80,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in logistics, warehouse customer service, order processing, inventory control, and/or supply chain operations.
• Excel skills with lookups and data cleaning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and reprioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact for warehouse.
• Communicate with internal and external parties via phone and email.
• Review, verify, and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.
• Maintain data accuracy, case counts, and documentation according to SOPs.
• Process bills of lading for accurate billing and inventory control.
• Coordinate warehouse transfers.
• Manage documentation and system accuracy for lot transformation, warehouse projects, repack, labeling, product inspection.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions with Finance.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by researching discrepancies.
• Improve, automate and simplify warehouse procedures to support growth.
