Job summary

Gellert Global Group is seeking a highly analytical Logistics Analyst to join our 3rd Party Warehouse team in Madison, NJ. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, reconciliation, issue investigation, and root-cause problem solving, collaborating with warehouses, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Support to ensure on-time delivery of products.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years in logistics, warehouse customer service, order processing, inventory control, and/or supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (lookups, data cleaning).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as main point of contact for warehouse operations.
  • Communicate with internal and external parties via phone and email.
  • Review, verify, and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.
  • Maintain data accuracy, case counts, and SOP-based documentation.
  • Process bills of lading for accurate billing and lot/inventory control.
  • Coordinate warehouse transfers and manage documentation for lot transformation and repack.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and develop corrective actions with Finance.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by researching discrepancies and improving procedures.

GGG companies provide strength in sourcing, insurance, finance, logistics, food safety and information technology, and supplies the needs of retailers, distributors, foodservice chains, hotels, cruise lines, and food manufacturers alike.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Logistics Analyst to join our 3rd Party Warehouse team. This role goes beyond traditional warehouse coordination and will play a critical part in inventory accuracy, reconciliation, issue investigation, and root-cause problem solving. This individual will work closely with warehouses, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Support to ensure the delivery of our products on time.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Main point of contact for warehouse
  • Communicate with internal and external parties through phone and email
  • Review, verify, and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.
  • Maintain data accuracy, case counts, and documentation according to SOPs
  • Process bills of lading for accurate billing and lot control / inventory control
  • Coordinate Warehouses transfers
  • Manage documentation and system accuracy for lot transformation, warehouse special projects, repack, labeling, product inspection.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies while developing and instituting corrective actions with Finance department
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by researching inventory discrepancies
  • Improve, automate and simplify warehouse procedures to enhance inventory accuracy and support operational growth
Qualifications:
  • 5 - 7 years in logistics, warehouse customer service, order processing, inventory control, and/or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel skills a must (lookups, data cleaning)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonus

Our company will be relocating to a new corporate headquarters in Madison, NJ in Q1 of 2027. Candidates should be comfortable with this upcoming change in location.
