Job summary

GTI is seeking an Inventory Analyst to maintain inventory accuracy across manufacturing and drive data-driven improvements. The role partners with Materials, Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Finance, and Operations to balance demand with minimal waste.

You will analyze usage and trends, conduct cycle counts, develop dashboards, and apply RCCA methods to optimize stocking and inventory control within our ERP environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field.
• 3+ years inventory analysis experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse operations.
• Experience in high-volume/contract manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels, usage, demand trends, and production requirements to determine reorder points and safety stock.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
• Develop inventory dashboards and KPI reports for leadership.
• Apply RCCA to identify and fix recurring inventory issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory availability.
