Job summary

Current Tools seeks an Inventory Control Manager to lead end-to-end inventory operations across our SC facility and off-site locations. You will drive accuracy, optimize KPIs, and manage ERP transactions in Acumatica.

You will supervise a dedicated team, collaborate with procurement, planning, warehouse, and production, and implement cycle counts, BOM interpretations, and reporting to mitigate risks. This role demands analytical, detail-oriented leadership in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

Experience in inventory control within manufacturing or distribution environments.
Experience with ERP systems and transaction accuracy.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities for a team.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end inventory operations across on-site and off-site locations to ensure accuracy and performance.
Oversee inbound/outbound processes, ERP transactions, and pricing/part-number integrity in Acumatica.
Generate and analyze inventory metrics, KPIs, and variance reporting to drive improvements.
Conduct cycle counts, physical inventories, and reconciliation processes to maintain integrity.
Collaborate with procurement, planning, warehouse, and production to streamline material flow.
Supervise, train, and develop the Inventory Control team to adhere to policies and best practices.
