CVS Health is seeking an Inventory Analytics Manager to turn complex data into actionable insights and decision-support tools. You will build dashboards and automation across SQL, Snowflake/GCP, Tableau, Power BI, and ThoughtSpot, partnering with Inventory Operations and cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and data quality.

The role emphasizes modernization, scalability, and continuous improvement while providing visibility into day-to-day operations and longer-term priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL queries and analytical solutions.
• Experience with Snowflake/GCP and cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Proficient in creating dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot.
• Strong Excel/Access skills for data extraction and automation.
• Ability to translate business questions into practical data solutions and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance core reporting and analytics for daily, weekly, and ad hoc Inventory Operations needs.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability across reporting, dashboards, and data sources.
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for business partners and leaders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and maintain datasets, reporting structures, and BI assets for decision-making.
• Create and maintain documentation for reporting and automation processes.
