Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, pharma services, data delivery, or client engagement leadership.
• Experience working with large healthcare or pharmaceutical datasets preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree required; advanced coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts data analysis and quality assurance to support client deliverables.
• Develops dashboards, reports, and presentation materials aligned with product standards.
• Identifies key performance drivers and trends within defined analytical frameworks.
• Supports ad hoc analyses under direction of Engagement Manager.
• Ensures documentation and reproducibility of analytical processes.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to refine methodologies and templates.
• Maintains compliance with data privacy, security, and governance standards.
