Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining SQL queries and analytical solutions.
• 1+ years of experience working with Snowflake/GCP, cloud-based data environments, or modern enterprise analytics platforms
• 1+ years of experience developing reporting automation, workflow automation, or process improvement solutions
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and ThoughtSpot, including the ability to create effective dashboards and data visualizations
• Advanced proficiency with analytical and reporting tools used for data extraction, reporting, automation, and workflow improvement, including SQL, Power Query, VBA, and business intelligence platforms
• Ability and willingness to travel periodically to stores or field locations up to 25%

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance core reporting and analytics that support daily, weekly, and ad hoc Inventory Operations needs
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting, dashboards, and underlying data sources
• Conduct root cause analysis and evaluate trends to identify issues, improve workflows, and support business decisions
• Translate findings into clear recommendations and practical solutions for business partners and leaders
• Partner across Inventory Operations and cross-functional teams to support operational priorities and reporting needs
• Manage incoming analytical and reporting requests and deliver data-driven solutions
