Job summary

CVS Health | Omnicare is seeking a Senior Analyst – Project Program Manager to support leadership with advanced operational and inventory analysis, reporting, and initiative execution. You’ll bridge operations, inventory management, and cross‑functional teams to ensure compliant, sustainable improvements.

The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, DSCSA traceability enhancements, and executive‑level summaries.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations analysis, inventory analysis, program support, or operational excellence roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Tools: including BI, Excel, Access and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a regulated or compliance‑sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and inventory performance to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across operations, including DSCSA traceability and inventory integrity.
• Evaluate throughput, capacity, inventory accuracy, waste, quarantine impacts, and execution effectiveness related to initiatives.
• Provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to Operations leadership to support decision‑making and compliance readiness.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain reports and dashboards monitoring KPIs including DSCSA where applicable.
• Track metrics related to inventory accuracy, exception volumes, investigation aging, and initiative sustainability.
• Ensure data accuracy and reliability across reporting outputs used for oversight and audit readiness.
