The Inventory Analytics Manager, plays a key role within Inventory Operations by turning complex data into actionable insights, reporting solutions, workflow improvements, and decision-support tools that strengthen both day-to-day support operations and longer-term priorities.
This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards, reporting, analytics, and automation solutions that improve visibility, data quality, efficiency, and business performance and understanding. The position supports core operational reporting while also advancing modernization efforts through tools and platforms such as SQL, Snowflake/GCP, Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot, Power Query, VBA, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities.
The Manager, Inventory Analytics, serves as a trusted partner across Inventory Operations and with cross-functional stakeholders by translating business questions into practical, scalable data solutions. This role identifies opportunities for process improvement, supports key operational and strategic initiatives, and delivers recommendations that help drive decisions and measurable impact.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and technical skills, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. Success in this role requires strong judgment, partnership, technical capability, the ability to communicate clearly with partners at different levels of the organization, and a continuous improvement mindset. The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $145,860.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
