Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Woonsocket, RI, seeks a Manager of Business Analytics & Reporting to lead the Supplemental Benefits analytics and financial reporting function. You will work across sales support, product, finance, and store operations to synthesize data and influence strategic decisions.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint modeling, the ability to present compelling analyses to executives, and a focus on accurate forecasts, reconciliations, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Retail Category Management, Retail CPG, Financial Analysis or Management Consulting / Investment Banking / Private Equity.
• Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel on a limited basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist in total program reporting and financial reconciliations.
• Prepare and present weekly performance reports highlighting key drivers and trends.
• Manage program expense reporting, including forward-looking forecasts and postmortem analysis of actual performance.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
• Meet with internal and external stakeholders to review and present data, crafting mutually compelling stories and strategies.
