Job summary

Romark Logistics Of Pa Inc is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to maintain inventory accuracy across our distribution center. You will perform audits, cycle counts, quality inspections, and discrepancy research while generating reports and coordinating with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound operations, item setup, and system data maintenance in WMS, SAP, and Blue Yonder. This on-site role supports VAS, production, and strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience performing inventory audits, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
• Ability to inspect, label, palletize, and relabel product as needed.
• Proficient with data entry and generating reports in WMS/SAP/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support inbound operations: receiving, inspecting, auditing, put-away, and dock coordination.
• Support outbound operations: picking, staging, loading, and shipment verification.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through system transactions and physical counts.
• Process returns, inspections, and credits with thorough documentation.
• Support VAS activities like relabeling, repacking, and kitting with proper records.
• Coordinate inventory movement between warehouse and production areas.
• Execute and review cycle counts and physical inventories; investigate variances.
