Job summary

Kimber Mfg., Inc. is seeking an Inventory Analyst to improve and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and root-cause analysis. The role covers multiple warehouses and requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include planning daily cycle counts, monitoring data integrity, and supporting year-end counts. The candidate should be able to work in a manufacturing environment and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing inventory control experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Exercise good logic and common sense.

Responsibilities

  • Control and maintain Inventory accuracy in Finish Goods, Component, and Offsite Warehouses.
  • Plan, conduct, record, and track daily cycle count activity.
  • Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies.
  • Assist to establish and control minimum and maximum Inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with QC nonconforming processes for accountability of parts.
  • Provide backup to warehouse/shipping personnel.
  • Provide leadership to cycle counters.
  • Work on special projects as required.
