Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking an Inventory Analyst on the Rocket Motor Systems team. You will manage and optimize inventory across materials, quality, and production in a highly regulated rocket-motor environment, focusing on energetic and shelf-life-sensitive chemicals.

You will analyze usage, lead cycle counting, monitor variances, and ensure inventory integrity while supporting production schedules and cost containment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 3–5+ years of inventory control experience in aerospace/high-tech manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Odoo; strong Excel; SQL data mining capability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle counts and physical audits to maintain accuracy.
• Investigate variances and implement corrective actions in ERP/WMS.
• Monitor shelf-life materials and ensure AS9100 compliance.
• Generate KPI reports and dashboards tracking inventory health.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for forecasting and planning.
• Track shelf-life of energetic/hazardous materials and flag at-risk lots.
• Reconcile counts to the system and drive root-cause corrections.
• Analyze consumption trends to surface shortages and risks.
• Maintain self-service dashboards for production and quality teams.
