Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support the Mission Readiness team at the Santa Ana, CA office. You will own inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, reconcile against WMS/ERP, and drive root-cause analyses to prevent production disruptions.

The role requires strong ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration with Materials, Production, and Supply Chain teams. You will handle bin locations, transfers, and lot/serial tracking while adhering to quality controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or equivalent role.
• Experience performing cycle counts and investigating discrepancies.
• Experience with WMS/ERP or inventory control tooling.
• Able to work 1st or 2nd shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy at Santa Ana and Costa Mesa locations.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies to root cause and drive corrective actions.
• Reconcile physical inventory against WMS/ERP records and document adjustments.
• Operate material movements and document transfers with TOs or work orders.
• Maintain accurate bin locations and material master information.
• Support receiving, put-away, picking, staging, and shipping.
