Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks an Inventory Analyst to optimize inventory levels across materials, quality, and production for RMS. You’ll oversee counts, track variances in ERP/WMS, and help sustain accuracy in a fast, regulated setting.

You’ll monitor shelf‑life sensitive materials and ensure storage compliance with AS9100 and DFARS while building dashboards for leadership. Energetics knowledge and U.S. person status may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Typically 3–5+ years in inventory control within aerospace or high‑tech manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Oracle and Odoo, advanced Excel, and SQL for data mining.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cycle counts and physical audits to maintain record accuracy.
• Investigate variances and implement corrective actions in ERP/WMS systems.
• Monitor shelf‑life sensitive materials and ensure compliance with AS9100 and DFARS.
