Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a highly organized Program Manager to support Rocket Motor Systems for defense clients. You will own strategic client engagement, translating operational needs into impactful, deployable solutions, and coordinating with engineering, product, and field teams to ensure success.

Responsibilities include day-to-day client operations, rapid issue resolution, and documenting interactions in CRM. Travel up to 50% is required to meet client and project demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 8-10+ years in program/project management, sales, or business development in defense.
• Active security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience managing complex government contracts and customer relationships.
• Proficient with CRM tools, especially Salesforce, for documentation and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the primary contact for key defense accounts focused on Rocket Motor Systems.
• Understand client missions, objectives, and environments to align solutions.
• Navigate government procurement processes and funding cycles (DIU, SBIR, OTA).
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Field teams to deliver timely solutions.
• Manage day-to-day client operations, inquiries, and escalation of issues.
• Forecast revenue, program milestones, and deployment success; report to leadership.
