Job summary

Intellias is seeking an Inventory Analyst to support a Fortune 500 technology solutions provider across the U.S., U.K., and Canada. This onsite role focuses on IT hardware inventory and asset lifecycle management within a warehouse environment.

You will receive, track, deploy, return, and retire laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, peripherals, and other assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, IT asset management, or a related field.
• Experience with inventory counts, reconciliation, receiving, shipping, or warehouse transactions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and strong data-entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to safely lift or move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, scan, label, and store incoming IT hardware.
• Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and stockroom reconciliations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, missing equipment, damaged assets, and unmatched records.
• Track hardware throughout its lifecycle, including deployment, return, redeployment, repair, retirement, and disposal.
• Maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow or another asset management platform.
• Process returned equipment and support hardware reclamation and recovery programs.
• Prepare and coordinate outbound hardware shipments and track deliveries and returns.
• Maintain accurate receiving, shipping, transfer, and disposition documentation.
• Support hardware refreshes, large deployments, and warehouse improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Procurement, Service Desk, Security, HR, and other IT teams to resolve asset-related issues.

This is a hands‑on, onsite role focused on IT hardware inventory and asset lifecycle management within a warehouse environment. You will help ensure laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, peripherals, and other technology assets are accurately received, tracked, stored, deployed, returned, and retired.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or another IT asset management platform.
• Understanding of IT Asset Management (ITAM) or Hardware Asset Management lifecycle practices.
• Experience using barcode scanners, inventory tracking tools, shipping systems, or mobile scanning devices.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT hardware such as laptops, desktops, monitors, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Experience supporting hardware refresh, reclamation, redeployment, recycling, or disposal programs.
• Exposure to asset audits, chain‑of‑custody documentation, data sanitization, or IT equipment disposition.
