24 Seven Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to support inventory management across 3PL and warehouse operations in Brea, CA. This freelance role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, reconciling systems, and supporting production-related transactions.

You will collaborate with remote internal teams and external 3PL providers, monitor inventory activity, perform cycle counts, and process NetSuite transactions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of inventory control or 3PL operations experience.
• Hands-on with 3PL processes: inbound/outbound, cycle counts, kitting, adjustments.
• Strong NetSuite knowledge including work orders, assembly builds, inventory transactions, and BOMs.
• Experience reconciling inventory between 3PLs and internal systems.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets to organize, analyze, and validate inventory data.
• Excellent communication for remote collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to support inventory management across third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse operations. This role will focus on maintaining inventory accuracy, reconciling systems, supporting production-related transactions, and partnering effectively with remote internal teams and external 3PL providers.

• Employment Type: Freelance
• Pay Rate: Up to $38/hour, depending on experience
• Location: Brea, CA
• Duration: 5 months, with potential for extension

• Strong NetSuite knowledge, including work orders, assembly builds, inventory transactions, and bills of materials.
• Experience performing system-to-system inventory reconciliations between 3PL partners and internal systems.
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including the ability to organize, analyze, and validate inventory data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and easy to work with in a fast-paced operational setting.
