Apogee Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist in Louisville, KY to maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. The role collaborates with warehouse operations, production, planning, and supply chain teams to improve controls and efficiency.

The position requires 1–4 years in manufacturing, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team; forklift certification is required for material movements in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1–4 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Use Epicor to process cycle counts and review inventory.
• Ensure material issues, job completion reports, and receipts match.
• Cycle count raw materials, packaging, finished goods daily.
• Analyze variances between system and actual counts.
• Improve inventory accuracy with coating line teams.
• Maintain proper material locations and locate misclassified items.
• Report discrepancies weekly to supervision.
• Support safety rules and keep warehouse neat.
• Operate forklift with proper certification.
• Assist stocking to manage supply levels.
