Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Inventory Control and Returns Supervisor in Grand Prairie, TX to lead inventory accuracy and returns operations at the Grand Prairie Distribution Center. You will supervise staff, manage cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and drive improvements in efficiency and compliance.

The role focuses on maintaining inventory integrity, ensuring timely transactions, and coordinating with operations to support ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Experience conducting inventory audits, cycle counts, discrepancy research, and root cause analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and business software applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Inventory Control Associates and Returns personnel including workload assignment, scheduling, training, coaching, employee development, and performance management.
• Direct and coordinate cycle count programs, physical inventory activities, location audits, and inventory verification processes.
• Direct and coordinate all returns processing activities and related disposition actions.
• Maintain compliance with inventory control procedures and SOPs; support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operations and other departments to resolve inventory and returns-related issues.
