Job summary

K & N Engineering Inc. is seeking an Inventory & Returns Supervisor at the Grand Prairie Distribution Center. You will lead inventory accuracy, returns processing, and related continuous improvement efforts to ensure safe, accurate operations on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating cycle counts and returns, and driving process improvements while maintaining compliance with company policies and SOPs. Onsite role with standard warehouse hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Previous leadership, coordinator, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience conducting inventory audits, cycle counts, discrepancy research, and root cause analysis.
• Experience with ERP/WMS or inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Inventory Control and Returns personnel, including workload assignment, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Communicate daily priorities, departmental objectives, and productivity standards to staff.
• Direct cycle counts, physical inventories, location audits, and verification processes.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate return processing, disposition, and related inventory control activities.
• Support safety, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
