You will work with warehouse, purchasing, production, and shipping teams to ensure inventory accuracy and support operational efficiency.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proactive communication to minimize discrepancies and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or materials experience.
• Experience with cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS or inventory software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled cycle counts in accordance with inventory control procedures.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies by researching transactions, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
• Process inventory adjustments accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining proper documentation.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and report trends, variances, and recurring issues to management.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and assist with annual or periodic inventory audits.
• Verify inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, returns, and shipments.
• Ensure inventory records are accurately maintained within the company's ERP or warehouse management system.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations personnel to resolve inventory issues and improve inventory processes.
• Maintain organization and accuracy of inventory locations to support efficient operations.
• Follow established inventory control policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Assist in developing and implementing best practices to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency.
• Generate inventory reports and provide analysis to support operational decision-making.
• Support receiving, stocking, and warehouse activities as needed.
