WebstaurantStore is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure data accuracy in internal systems aligns with physical counts. You will work with multiple departments to identify issues and implement proactive solutions for customers.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, ERP-based adjustments, forklift replenishment, and maintaining safe warehouse operations while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ of distribution experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Run reports to identify potential inventory issues and resolve found problems.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and address inaccuracies in ERP data.
• Perform inventory adjustments based on physical counts and research.
• Use forklift to replenish pick bins with overstock product.
• Identify damaged inventory and maintain accurate levels.
• Ensure correct bin locations for mis-picked items.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a safe environment.
• Prepare wrap/kit lists and transport products for put-away.
• Meet performance standards for efficiency, accuracy and quality.
• Keep workspace clean, organized and safe; report hazards.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Adhere to company policies and adapt to other duties as needed.
