Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of professional interior design experience, ideally on custom, high-end residential projects; commercial/hospitality a plus.
• NCIDQ certification, or actively working toward it.
• Proficiency in Revit (required); proficiency in visualization tools and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Experience through all design phases from schematic design to construction documents and installation.
• Strong knowledge of finishes, materials, FF&E, lighting, and millwork, with building codes and accessibility requirements.
• A portfolio that demonstrates original, inventive design work alongside resolved technical documentation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts across all phases from space planning to finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and lighting.
• Translate design concepts into presentations, material palettes, and renderings for client visuals.
• Produce interior drawings, elevations, millwork details, and specifications from concept to installation.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and code compliance across interior documentation.
• Curate and specify finishes, materials, fixtures, furniture, and décor while balancing aesthetics, performance, lead times, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, architecture team, and construction team to align vision, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage vendor relationships, showrooms, fabricators, and trades; track samples, orders, lead times, deliveries.
