Job summary

Bespoke Only is seeking an Intermediate Designer to lead and implement design across the full lifecycle of high-end private residential projects. You will work closely with the Principal and team, balancing big-picture design with detailed execution and documentation.

The role emphasizes organization, autonomy, and accountability in a fast-paced studio, with opportunities to advance in a small, high-expectation environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-time interior design experience.
• Lead role on high-end private residential projects.
• Advanced proficiency in 2D drafting and 3D modeling.
• Exceptional organizational skills managing multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication; accountable and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks to maintain project momentum and milestones.
• Flag risks related to scope, schedule, or execution.
• Develop furniture plans, interior elevations, millwork drawings and documentation.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for design intent.
• Create and maintain 3D interior models with finishes and furnishings.
• Coordinate with architects, fabricators, contractors to resolve issues.
• Organize presentations, schedules, tear sheets reflecting Bespoke Only standards.
• Document decisions and action items after meetings.
