Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plans for, delivers, documents and evaluates nursing care of patients in an assigned area according to provider's orders and approved nursing standards.
• Directs activities of assigned nursing personnel in care delivery.
• Observes, assesses and reports on the condition of patients; maintains accurate documentation reflecting patient condition, treatment and response.
