Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with active Ohio RN licensure.
• AHA Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred: BSN and/or specialty certifications.
• Experience may be required in various clinical units per unit needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, document, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Direct activities of assigned nursing personnel to ensure quality care.
• Observe, assess, and report patient condition and response to treatment.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and compliance with standards.
• Uphold MetroHealth System's mission, vision, values, and customer service standards.
