Job summary

CBTS in Tampa, FL leads end-to-end Workplace/Digital Workplace services within the Accenture IMS framework, managing Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM to deliver secure, compliant endpoints. The role designs, configures, and optimizes policies, baselines, and deployment models for scalable service delivery.

The incumbent partners with cross-functional teams to maintain governance, drive improvements, and ensure SLA adherence across global delivery teams and client environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with MECM/SCCM and Intune management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 deployment and configuration.
• Solid understanding of endpoint security, compliance and conditional access.

Responsibilities

• Own Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM services within the IMS Workplace tower, accountable for service stability, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain governance, including KPIs, operational metrics, risk management, and escalation management.
• Act as the escalation point for complex endpoint related incidents, problems, and service risks.
• Provide oversight for device lifecycle services, including provisioning, configuration, patching, software deployment, compliance enforcement, and decommissioning.
• Ensure standardized delivery models, runbooks, and operational processes are followed across global delivery teams.
• Drive effective collaboration between Service Desk, Field Services, Security Operations, and Endpoint Engineering teams.

Job Overview:

The Workplace Services Lead is accountable for the end to end delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Workplace / Digital Workplace services within the Accenture Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) model. The role owns endpoint and device management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable service delivery aligned to contractual commitments, SLAs, and client expectations. Design, configure, and optimize Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM policies, profiles, baselines, and deployment models.
