Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workplace Services Lead responsible for end-to-end delivery, governance, and improvement of Workplace and Digital Workplace services within the IMS model. You will own endpoint platforms including Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM, designing and optimizing policies, profiles, baselines, and deployment models.

Qualifications

• End-to-end delivery of Workplace/Digital Workplace services.
• Establish governance with KPIs, metrics, risk and escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Own MECM/SCCM, Intune and MDM services within IMS Workplace/EUC tower and ensure SLA adherence.
• Establish and maintain service governance, KPIs, metrics, risk and escalation processes.
• Act as escalation point for complex endpoint incidents, problems and risks.
• Oversee device lifecycle including provisioning, configuration, patching, deployment, compliance and decommissioning.
• Ensure standard delivery models, runbooks and processes across global teams.
• Foster collaboration between Service Desk, Field Services, Security Operations and Endpoint Engineering.
